Although I love being able to add my own twists to traditional yoga movements , my aims are deep rooted in the history of the practice- learning to be kind to ourselves and still our minds while igniting our inner flame 🔥
I completed my 200 hr Core Strength Vinyasa training with the wonderful Anya Hawkes (master trainer to Sadie Nardini) in 2019 and I am continuing my studies with her to develop my curiosity with my yoga adventure. Over recent years I have become an accredited menopause yoga teacher with thanks to the knowledge and guidance from Petra Coveney. I am currently qualified in CSV , Shred , Restorative, Yin, Menopause and Chair yoga and I'm always working on expanding my knowledge and developing my own funky style of yoga !

Hi everyone,
The yoga movement family keeps getting bigger and bigger and I couldn't be more happy 😁
It's so lovely to see all of the new friendships forming and the sense of community that yoga has brought us all 🌈
This is the timetable for the upcoming weeks and I look forward to seeing lots of new and familiar faces soon ✨🧘🏼‍♀️🌈💕

March 8th is this years international women's day, and to celebrate I am running a free yoga evening, inclusive to everyone !
The yoga will run from 18;30 until 20;00 , with time afterwards for refreshments.

A huge thank you to all you wonderful yogis who form a part of the yoga mvmnt community !
2022 has been a massive learning curve for me and as I continue on with my yoga studies and advanced training into 2023, I hope to bring you the latest and up to date yoga mvmnts.
I empathise with any one of you that is having a difficult time here and now,

Hi everyone ,
Due to high demand, I am putting on two dates for my winter solstice evening workshops next week !
The evening will be a lovely way to relax and take time for yourself, and we would be delighted for you to join us,
The workshops will run from the Dane Ghyll community hall and will be £15 per person, to be paid in full before the 16th of December.
Remember to bring along 2 blankets and 2 cushions
