I think strength is our capacity for life itself. 💪
Practicing what I preach…
and yep, I spotted a little clue — my foot lifted slightly on the pull 👣
So… go heavier or go home!
I’ll grab my keys then. 🤣🤣🤣

When a client calls you “witchy”… I’ll take it 🧙‍♀️✨😂
It’s not the first time — and I doubt it’ll be the last!

Pain settling ✅
Mobility improving ✅
New ways to manage symptoms ✅

This is exactly what can happen when we work with the whole system — even if you’re not really a fan of massage 😄

If you’ve been stuck for a while and feel like you’ve tried everything… I see you 💙

How I work — Part 2

Before trying to change anything, the nervous system often needs to feel a bit calmer and safer.

I use things like vibration, sound, heat, cupping or taping to give clearer input — so treatment and movement land better.

Nothing is done to you. Everything is chosen with you.

How I work — Part 1

I don’t just look at where it hurts.

I’m interested in how your body is moving, how it’s responding, and what might be contributing to the problem.

My work sits somewhere between massage and movement, with a strong focus on the nervous system.

Sessions are calm, individual, and collaborative — we’re figuring things out together.

If you’ve picked running back up after a break and your calves, hips or knees are a bit louder than expected — that’s really common.

The body usually just needs a bit of help adjusting when volume increases again.

Small tweaks now are often much easier than dealing with bigger problems later.

I’ve got limited availability over the next couple of weeks if you want to get ahead of things.

Seeing lots of people moving more again — especially runners 👀

If your legs feel a bit heavier, or things just feel a bit wobbly after the festive season, that’s really common when activity ramps up.

Small niggles are often much easier to deal with now than when they turn into louder problems later.

I’ve got limited availability over the next couple of weeks if you want to get ahead of things.

🎄 Merry Christmas from the garden cabin 🎄

This year has been full of curious bodies, stubborn pain puzzles, light-bulb moments and lots of learning together.
Thank you for choosing me, showing up, and trusting the process — I never take that lightly.

I hope your Christmas is gentle on your nervous system and kind to your body.

✨ I’m in the cabin between Christmas and New Year, with a couple of appointments available via my website.

🎄 I’ll be replying to messages shortly once my mouth isn’t full of mince pies and Prosecco 🥂

See you soon x

Had a little tidy-up in the cabin today!
After picking up a few new bits from Therapy Expo and the Black Friday deals, everything has been reorganised and restocked 🧠💪

Thought you lovely lot might like a little peek at what’s now in store 😂
More tools, more learning, more ways to help your brain + body feel calmer, stronger and a little less pain. See you soon. Helen.

My favourite clients?
The ones who feel better, disappear…
and then wander back in like,
“Yeah go on then, fix me again.” 🤣💙
(Even though I don’t “fix” people — I just facilitate!)

I love a good returnee — nearly as much as a glass of Prosecco after a long week.
Nearly. 😄✨

Your choice. Always. 🕵️‍♀️

🕵️‍♀️ Detective Recharged!
Therapy Expo ✅ — brain buzzing, toolbox updated, and a few new toys added (yes… more tape and gadgets 😅).

Loved catching up with fellow therapists, learning new ways to calm tricky nervous systems and seeing what’s new in the massage world.

Back in the cabin and ready to put the new clues into action 🧠➡️💪
