Hi everyone just a reminder classes start back next week so get booking your place only limited spaces remaining however there is a new class starting up so keep your eyes peeled I will also be teaching at a beautiful new reformer Pilates studio which will be opening up second week of September you can find my Reformer Group Classes in Gym catch under KC Pilates.
