I have been having one of these due to my mums once “under control” cancer suddenly spreading rapidly and aggressively. She passed on in May and I’m still very much finding my feet in this new normal life without her.
The sacred pause is also helping me as I attempt to find the right balance with social media. I don’t want to be on my phone - I want to be singing and dancing in the woods.
