NHS Pensions Administrator? Unsure about how to assess partial retirement requests or process retire and returns?

New to the role? Need a refresher? Join us for a virtual 1.5 hour bite size training session via Teams. £45 per person. Next session Wednesday 16th July 0930-1100 hours.

A practical and engaging session delivered by skilled facilitators with hands-on experience in NHS Pension administration. Dates released monthly.

The session will address how the scheme is administered, provide an overview and update of the scheme requirements to enable you to maintain accurate records, process new starters, leavers, retirements and comply with the scheme conditions.

We can also provide a deep dive NHS Pensions health-check and assessment service for practices. This will include all the areas above and incorporate training. We will then produce an action plan for you or us to implement.

Infection Prevention and Control Training for IPC leads and practice staff. Be prepared for CQC with a resource pack provided to help you.

Friday 25th July 2025 - 09:30-12:00 hours via MS Teams. £65 per person. Book two places - get one free! Great to attend as a team to share the workload.

· Overview of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)
· CQC compliance and preparedness
· IPC lead roles and responsibilities
· Audits and change management processes
· Operational requirements: cleaning, waste management, premises etc.
· Staff training obligations
· Employment responsibilities
· Occupational Health access and services
· Q&A (at the end of the session).

A practical and engaging session delivered by expert facilitators with a significant amount of real-life hands-on experience in primary care IPC. Excellent feedback received from previous sessions.
