🌸 Calling All New Mums! 🌸

Our Post Natal Classes are returning to Functional Fitness Dundee — and we couldn’t be more excited! 🙌

Led by our women’s health specialist Coach Tanya, these sessions are designed to help mums safely rebuild strength, restore confidence, and feel amazing again after pregnancy 💪 (with baby welcome to come along too 👶).

👉 We’re now looking for new mums to register their interest for our next block, starting the week of 25th August.

📢 We are maxing out at 8 new mums per block. Spaces will go fast.
