Just to let you all know we are aware there is a problem with the mobile service in and around our area. It doesn't just affect EE but other mobile providers as well. We have been leaving messages but people are telling us they aren't receiving them. If you are expecting a call from us regarding a recent order, please do give us a call on the landline - 01360 441000. We are closed next week for a short break. We will be back again on Tuesday 15th July. All audiology/ear wax removal appointments will take place as usual on Monday 7th and 14th July. Should you need to speak to Michael at Hear Always his telephone number is: 0330 341 0845.
If you have received a telephone call from us letting you know we have received your order of glasses and contact lenses and were planning on popping in next week to collect, please contact me asap if you would like your items left with a trusted business locally.
All other orders will be ready to collect when we are back.
Please look after yourselves. Don't forget to wear safety specs when gardening or carrying around sharp implements!

Want to know what to do with your drawers full of old glasses that you no longer wear?

Drop them into the recycling box located in our shop and you will be helping lots of worthy causes, not just in the UK but other countries as well.

*This is a recycling point for spectacles only. We cannot accept old cases/bags etc*.
