Therapy is a process of self-discovery, insight, transformation and healing that results in the experience of relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts or panic attacks.
I work with my clients on a 1:1 basis, creating a bespoke treatment plan that is tailored to each individual. My approach is person centred, collaborative and rooted in the principles of congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard.
