As a funeral director, I believe you should do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
This beautiful woman and her husband came over from Spain to collect her Mothers ashes that I had kept with me until she was able to visit so we could choose a niche in The Columbaria at Golders Green, to lay her ashes to rest.
I had never met this lady before nor had I met her mother but the bond that has been made between us since looking after her mother, is strong and lifelong.
Never underestimate the power of changing someone’s life and the appreciation and gratitude that is given for going above and beyond. It makes a huge difference.
