Woohoo ladies,

Only 1 more sleep and then it's Xmas!! How are your feeling? Hopefully, calm and looking forward to the big day.

So here is the last window of the advent calendar, and if it all gets a bit too much, try out this breathing exercise (or have a stiff vodka whichever you prefer :-)

Hi ladies,

I hope you had a lovely weekend. Only 5 days to go until the big day. Todays tip is about trying to get ahead as much as possible, that doesn't mean doing it all yourself ;-)

If you are interested in reading more about ADHD, I thoroughly recommend Ed Hallowell's book ADHD 2.0 (no I'm not on commission)

Hi ladies,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Only 11 days to go until Xmas.
Having ADHD can mean you have tendency to lean towards negative self talk and chatter, it's easy to get caught up in it. Ned Hallowell is a leading expert in all things ADHD and he explains in his book ADHD 2.0 https://www.amazon.co.uk/ADHD-2-0-Essential.../dp/0399178732 that we need to give our brain a reboot every now and again by snapping ourselves out of that negativity.
**PRIZE GIVEAWAY: ** I will be giving away a FREE copy of the book!
To be in with a chance to win, reply **YES **in the comments below and we will draw names out of a hat on the 24th December.
