In fact -dyslexia indicates creativity and genius as the person can think differently and we all need different to be able to think out the box and find solutions.

This is so true for kids who have dyslexia. With the stress of grades, homework and standardized tests, it can be easy to forget that the most important thing for a child who has dyslexia is their mental health. This training is essential for all SLTs who want to help to improve childhood apraxia of speech! I’m proud to say I completed two days and it reinforced what I already know as an adult dyspraxic. I teach from within my mind as it’s how I’ve had to self teach all my life! And it works. Also credit to Pip Noble and Kim Grundy fantastic teaching in phonetics and Li Chian Professor at DMU an incredible inspiration who taught me grammar.
