The benefits of massage therapy at home and in the workplace

Regular massage therapy can not only help relieve stress, tension and muscle pain but can also help improve other health conditions by increasing blood flow and circulation, as well as boosting the immune system, energy levels, mood, and happiness.

Even a quick 15-minute massage can be an effective tool to help reduce blood pressure, stress, and tension especially in a work environment.

I offer 10-15-minute seated massages and block bookings for up to 4-5 employees per hour for businesses during office hours on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons as well as my home visit appointments.
