Wednesday reset day ~ the day I catch up with myself and a natural split between my Wimborne clinic and days. A few months ago I enlisted the help of a lovely PT . Rachel has helped me to re-find my confidence in the gym and rebuild my strength after a period of time focusing on house renovating and business building. I’m really enjoying putting my wellbeing at the forefront of my focus because as the saying goes you can’t pour from an empty cup. As my business grows stronger and busier it’s vital as a practitioner that I take care of my own health too. I do this with regular acupuncture, I consciously block time out in my diary to reconnect and now I am building my strength. I have a long way to go but it’s great to have the support of another woman in business, inspiring and cheering me on. Thanks Rachel 🙏🏻
