As a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist (Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy at The Clifton Practice, Manchester), I am fully insured to practise hypnotherapy and hold an Enhanced DBS certificate. I am also a registered member of The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I am committed to the highest standards therefore I learn every day and update my skills regularly. However, like all therapies success depends on your commitment and determination. We, humans, are incredible creatures with abilities that go way beyond our current understanding of possibility. I believe in the resilience of my clients’ human spirit and fondly find the ‘light’ in my clients, in many, it was been lost, covered up, or buried. I like to help people to see from different perspectives and to shift the focus to the future which makes a big difference in their lives. I am passionate about my facilitating role where people own ways of solving their problems in a relatively short period of time. During trance in each session, when both the conscious and subconscious minds are focusing on the same entity, we bring about the changes by shifting the focus to how clients want things to be. Through these small changes my clients and I together can make a big difference and can move forward to their desirable future - A life they would love to live
