Did you know seated chair exercise can improve breathing as well as build muscle strength and joint flexibility? It might seem hard to believe from exercise sitting down, but you can get quite the workout if you want to! We have known people go on to learn to sing and generally become more independent as a result of improving their breathing by taking part in regular seated chair exercise. 💙

All our therapists are fully certified, insured, DBS checked, and are required to be a member of a professional body such as The Complementary Medical Association (CMA), and all are personally vetted to ensure they share our values and professionalism.
