As the new academic year starts, I am thinking of dear friends who are teachers and colleagues I used to work with in the teaching profession 🧑‍🏫🙌.

Many of you will be feeling anxious about getting back into the incredible work load which seems to increase year on year - but you do it because you care about children and their education ❤️📚.

Remember to take time 🕰️ out for you and your families, as you cannot give from an empty cup ❤️‍🩹🫶…..go for a 🚶🏽‍♀️ walk, meditate 🧘 and listen to your body.

🤲Is Reiki Safe after Surgery?
It is completely noninvasive and the practitioner does not need to touch - just hover their hands over your clothed body.

🩺You should always follow your Doctor’s instructions carefully and seek their approval first before having Reiki. It is never a substitute for medical treatment after surgery, but it can be used to support medical treatments and potentially aid in the healing process.
