What no one tells you about breaking patterns. You think you’ve overcome the people pleasing, overworking, poor health choices. Then bam your back knocking in 10 hour work days, saying yes to stuff you don’t want to be doing and binging the latest Netflix series.

You feel like you’re failing, stupid or incapable. That you don’t know what to do or you don’t have the willpower to do it.

You’re not the failure you believe yourself to be. It’s your body, ego and past self trying to keep you safe.

“Safe you say, nothing safe about eating s**t food and working all the hours.” I know but what you really need is to find safety within, self love, and shift your vibration from that past version of you that keeps pulling you back. That version of you is preventing you from growing fully into the powerful version of you that you are meant to be.

It's not my singing voice by the way! This thought came through the other day. Why do people get stuck? Feel like they are failing? Not happy with their lives? Lost etc? Depressed, anxious, overwhelmed?

I was asked by my coach what all the people I support with coaching have in common? It took me a while as I help women, men, aged 19-80 currently. Then it came through so strong. What happens after people work with me is that they truly find themselves, they align with a life they never thought possible, the anxiety fades, the joy and contentment increases and they leave feeling empowered and more confident.

Why?

Because just like Robbie and Madonna, I'm the queen of reinvention. You can do this too. I’ve been a recruitment manager, head of sales and marketing, author, betting shop manager, stable hand, retail worker, catering company owner, sandwich maker, dog walker, stay at home mum, beauty therapist and more……….I’ve had red hair, green hair, purple hair, blonde hair and now going grey. We change, we evolve and it’s all good.

4 Ways to Clear the Energy in Our Home 🏠 this weekend. Start the month from a beautiful space x

Cleansing the energy of our homes and self is so important as vibrational beings. We gather and pick up the energy of others, past events other things can affect us such as illness, arguments etc.

This week the energy has felt heavy. I’ve used essential oil sprays to support me in shifting the energy and clearing it to a higher vibration and away from a heavy one.

Here’s some ways you can support your energy and bring it back to a more neutral or uplifting space. Always set your intention and state that you wish to clear the energy.

1: Smudging; using smoke such as incense, palo Santo, sage to clear the space. Ensure it’s ethically sourced . The increase in spiritual practices outwith traditional cultures has compromised the sustainability of many plants and poaching of white sage. You can grow your own plants or use own native species such as fir and lavender.

2: Essential Oils; Again using the vibration of the essential oils to build and cleanse and clear your space. Do this through diffusion techniques.

3: Aura or Sacred Room Sprays; This is a great and convenient way. Using sprays combined of essences, oils and crystals.

4: Sound using clapping, singing bowl’s, chimes or chanting or even playing specific vibrations such as solfeggio frequencies will help.

Your spiritual practices and sacred self being honoured doesn’t need to be complicated.

In fact I’m being called to share with you that simple is better. The divine is asking you to be still. In the stillness you will heal, hear and that inner knowing will strengthen.

I teach so many practices in metamorphosis. Not because more is better but because you are unique. And every day you change. Your soul may be needing you to do things differently.

Can you hear your soul? Or are you stuck in the constant cycle of trying all the things but nothing sticking?

Slow down, get support and tune in.

In stillness you will receive.

This morning my sacred self sat with cacao in nature. Then sat at my alter and read some oracle cards for myself. These practices were soul nourishing and so reassuring.

It may seem simple to sit in nature but actually it is something that I teach. Because stillness doesn’t come easy.

Reading oracle cards. Again an intuitive act. But also something I teach.

These sacred practices can be taught, but what I’m truly teaching you is how to learn to trust yourself and your soul.
