As the sunlight is limited in the UK, the pace of life is quickening as we head towards the festive season. I've been chatting to so many clients recently that are feeling pressured, jammed diaries, overworked and just praying for time off to come.
I will share more soon on my support tools. But for now, how can you gift yourself a breather today or tomorrow. How can you add a pocket of joy? A moment for you?
Is it treating yourself to a yummy coffee, is it standing in your garden and breathing, is it snuggling with a great non fiction book and getting lost in a story, an early night etc
Slow down lovely one. Add these now. Life is happening today, not in a months time. Don't miss out. Start living for today.
