Our experienced team of counsellors offers compassionate, confidential support for adults and young people (10+) across the UK—online or by phone.

Here are Maxine and Daniel!

💜 Maxine – Supporting clients aged 10+, Maxine offers a nurturing space for exploring anxiety, trauma, loss, self-esteem, and more. She sees clients remotely across the UK and has experience working in the NHS, MIND and within a hospice with adults and children. (Tuesday 8am-8pm, Thursday 8am-12pm, Saturday 8am-5pm)

🌟 Daniel - A warm, person-centred therapist supporting adults, young people (16+), and couples with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, trauma, low self-esteem, as well as Men's issues, OCD and sex-related issues. (Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm)

👋 Hi, I’m Leanne Sumnall, the founder of Maze Counselling Services, based here in Staffordshire.

At Maze, we provide compassionate and professional counselling to support individuals and couples across the UK. With a team of highly qualified associates, we cover a wide range of areas – including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, addictions, grief, and more. Sessions are available online, by telephone, and face-to-face in Staffordshire, making support accessible wherever you are.

Alongside my counselling work, I’ve written a book, Navigating a Narcissist, designed to help those experiencing difficult or toxic relationships. This resource is about understanding behaviours, regaining self-worth, and finding your way back to a healthier, happier path.
