I have been absent for some time whilst I regain some control over my life and emotions.
It's been tough.
Life hasn't been easy.
I have been healing and looking inward, discovering issues I've had from being a child, and impact this has had on myself as an adult and relationships. With myself and others.
I've discovered that I have triggers that need work on and to learn how to self regulate.
It's a work in progress and is getting easier to manage at times.
I don't think I will ever overcome all my triggers but it's a start.

I paused for a milli second with that doubt in my mind, then let it go. I remembered my results, my achievements and stood my ground. I stayed in my power. Don't let others grind you down.
