On Saturday I met with a few other ladies from the ladies circle we have from the The Wee Therapy Room. We had a lovely afternoon in Colettes Cairn on Lochwinnoch High Street. (We also had cake and it was lovely.) During this time we chatted about crystals and the benefits they have for us and the ties they have to old ancestral energy . We had a beautiful meditation did some angel cards and spoke about universal energy and then created something to take home. We also laughed lots and lots which is so very important. The ladies in the ladies circle rock ! Like crystals each with a different beautiful quality. Looking forward to our next meet girls ❤️❤️

Cupping Massage is a deep healing treatment to receive. It really gets into the muscles deeply and does this by the cup creating a vaccum on the skin pulling blood to the surface (hence the circular bruising.) Its great for pain relief as the increasing circulation releases endorphins and also helps toxins to flush, it can promote healing and reduce inflammation. As the blood flow increases and this also helps nutrients and oxygen get to where they need to be. Cupping can slowly help clear your chest and improve respiratory function when done on the back. It can be done in a targeted area or on a larger area. The different levels of cupping can be seen in the colouration left and what effect has taken place.As all of these effects on the body help you relax you improving your mental well being. What a lovely (and hot) day today has been. I started off the morning with some beautiful souls who wanted to explore the healing side of crystals. We really looked at healing benefits , energy , and ancestral connections and that tie to energy and how we all connect, all the ladies got to experience a crystal healing also which everyone fed back that they had enjoyed. The time flew past and we finished with a grounding ,protective meditation.
Some of the comments were

Ideally someone who is properly trained, flexible with their own client list and full insurance.
Not nails/lashes/tattoo as we have a few therapists in the village(no offense anyone). Please message me if your interested the area comes with a hydrolic bed, shelving. Anyone who has been in knows its not clinical but it's quite relaxed. Thats part of the energy within the therapy room ✨️

Well we have a new treatments alert !
As an add on to lymphatic drainage, I have now added Brazilian Lymphatic drainage and Wood therapy known as Madero Therapy for body sculpting, shaping and contouring.
