The Foundation Trainee Surgical Society (FTSS) Scotland has been set up to provide a platform to support junior doctors considering training in and a career in surgery. The initiative was conceived by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, creating a national network of FTSS societies dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and advancement in surgical practice.
