Every day I get up and tune in. Before emails, before to-do lists, before I open the door to the world – I arrive in the day.
Some days that’s an hour on my mat. Other days, it’s five minutes of mindful breathing while the kettle boils. But it’s always there – my daily anchor. 🌿
Like so many of us, the past few years have brought challenge and change. Through it all, yoga has been my therapy. It reminds me that every state of being – tired, strong, restless, peaceful – is welcome.
💫 The body as earth (annamaya kosha): yoga grounds us, nourishes us, keeps us fit and full of energy.
💫 The happiness of stretching: serotonin flows, mood shifts, lightness returns.
💫 Breath as medicine: the sigh of release, reminding the body it is safe.
💫 Mantra for the mind: simple truths softening the inner critic.
Yoga isn’t just exercise – it’s a way of living. A way of coming home to yourself. 🌸
