It is always fascinating to realise how much you can change, how much you didn't realise you could achieve with just a bit of work. That work is fun and fascinating - it is not meant to be a hard grind.
All of us have the ability to find that passion and thing we love doing, and then know how to do it really well, it is just other stuff gets in the way.
We underestimate ourselves.
If there is something you really want to do - that you have always thought about - I would say, firstly, go for it and, secondly, if you don't know how, let me show you.

How can you get relief from headaches through Reflexology and Hypnotherapy.

The Head reflexes (the pressure points we touch) are on the feet, hands, ears and face and once we engage those pressure points, along with other body systems that may play a role like sinuses, digestion, skeletal and hormonal systems, we can discover what may be out of balance and how to bring back your comfort and well being.

Hypnotherapy gives you the space to dump all that stuff that may be giving you head aches, you know, all that stuff that get's in the way.

The combination of both, gives you the same bodily responses of deep relaxation and ease but also allows you to start over with all the tools you need to feel a lot better.

A recap on Migraines and Headaches and what you may want to do at home.
Review the lighting around you, if it is very bright, experiment with turning it down, adding anti glare (glare guard) settings on your electronic devices including tv. If you work in an environment with a lot of fluorescent lighting you may want to consider using blue light, more specifically orange lens light blockers especially during your evenings at home.
Incandescent bulbs can be installed at home and there is a specific pair of migraine glasses that uses FL41 tint.

There are lots of insights to show that using magnesium glycinate before bed can help but check with your doctor for dosage and suitability as it can cause tummy issues so lower the dose to start with.
You need a couple of months for the magnesium to kick in apparently to see the best results.
Olive oil on food (not cooked with) seems to show benefit as does Omega 3 which significantly showed symptom relief of up to 50% after 3 months. 200 studies have shown the benefits.
Lack of B1 and B2 have also been cited.

Sleep deep! – It washes out all the things that the brain doesn’t need to process anymore - try the 2 in 2 out breath before bed to create the right environment for sleep and keep the lights low and bedroom on the cool side.

Of course, if you are not sleeping, Hypnosis and Reflexology are great for bringing things back into balance and releasing old emotional waste.
