A delicious extended sound bath in cosy luxury… toasty warm studio, all the props, bolsters, blankets, cushions & eye pillows all for your comfort & most supported sound experience….

Join us for a deeply nourishing extended sound bath journey, where you are invited to slow right down, soften the nervous system, and rest deeply.

This longer session allows more time to fully settle, release tension, and sink into the healing vibrations of sound. Crystal bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments will weave together to support physical, emotional, and energetic renewal.

🌿IMPORTANT UPDATE 🌿

As many of you know, Bee in the Lotus has always been built on accessibility and heart. But to keep the studio sustainable and to honour the quality of the teaching, the time, the equipment, and the space we’ve created together we’re making a few changes to our pricing structure.

The membership will be coming to an end. It was honestly far too generous to be financially viable long-term, and these changes simply allow the studio to stay open, to stay beautiful, and to keep serving you.

Here’s what things will now look like:
• Drop-in classes will remain available
All one-hour classes will now be £10, and our 90-minute Kundalini class will be £15.
These prices reflect the true value of the space, the experience, and the practice. They’re still incredibly fair for what we offer.

• Class passes are coming — to give you more ease and better value.
A 10-class pass for all one-hour classes will be £85, valid for three months.
A Kundalini 10-class pass will be £125, valid for four months,
These passes help you commit to yourself, support the studio, and give you flexibility with time off and busy weeks.

And because I want you to feel deeply supported whether you’re in the studio or not - I’ve launched two things I’m really excited about:

1. A YouTube channel(LIVE)
There are already x3 foundational videos up on how to find your most comfortable seat, and I’ll be adding a couple of taster practices very soon - your opportunity to try out a couple of taster classes before you join the online platform, or if you’re curious about the space, or want to practice before joining a class.

2. A brand-new online platform(Dropping Soon!)
This will be £15 a month, the same as a studio Kundalini class, and you’ll receive two classes a week, with a or loaded content of 8 classes to get you going.
This is ideal if you’re travelling, can’t get to class, or want extra support alongside your in-person practice.

All of these changes come from a place of care. For you, for me, and for the studio. As one of our beautiful teachers Kayleigh said recently:

✨ A Sanctuary That Doesn’t Change ✨

At this time of year, the world can feel… loud.
& December can be really triggering, for a lot of people… and for me too.

Everywhere you turn, there’s glitter, noise, pressure, expectation…

And while the season can feel magical for some - for many it stirs old stories, wounds & memories - and a kind of heaviness that’s hard to name.

And I know that feeling personally — which is why this feels so important.

So at Bee in the Lotus Holistic wellness Studio, I want to offer you something different…

When you step through the doors of Bee in the Lotus Holistic Wellness Studio - you step into a sanctuary that does not shift with the season.

This studio is - and will always be - a Christmas-free zone.
you won’t be met with tinsel or expectation.
Or forced cheer.
Or assumptions about how this season “should” feel.

Not because I don’t love cosiness or celebration…
but because I honour that this time of year lands differently in every body
And I want you to have one place where you don’t have to face any of that.

When you walk into the studio, You won’t be pushed into a feeling that your nervous system isn’t ready for.

You’ll walk into a steady, warm space with a neutral energy.

A space that doesn’t change - even in December when everything else seems to.
