And so, another summer comes to an end. Anyone else feel like we didn’t *quite* get there with summer this year? With the weather being so unpredictable and up and down (feeling like the middle of autumn at times), it feels like it’s come and gone in a flash.

Regardless, I hope you’ve managed to make the most of the longer days and evenings, enjoy some wholesome getaways, activities, or just having some time to recharge.

What can you take away from August and bring into this new month? Grab a cuppa and take 15 minutes to check in, I promise it’ll be worth it. ✨

What do we mean by ‘Seasonal Living’? ✨

I often get asked this question when it comes to our ‘Seasonal Resets’, and I am so passionate about the topic that I could go on and on forever! But… in a nutshell:

Seasonal living is a mindful practice that encourages us to align our lifestyle and routines with the natural rhythms, pace and patterns of nature.

Each season offers unique gifts and opportunities for our holistic wellbeing — for the body, mind and spirit. From nourishing ourselves with fresh, local produce, to attuning our pace of life and activities to the energy of the season, living seasonally allows us to find a deeper connection to the world around us, as well as to ourselves and the present moment.

It reminds us of our inherent bond with the Earth, and invites us to live in harmony with the cycles of life. As we cultivate this awareness, we not only enhance our own wellbeing but also contribute to the health and vitality of the planet. 🌎

Our Seasonal Resets wellness retreats give you a chance to do just that.☝🏽Allow you the time and space to slow down at the beginning of each season, with a wholesome ‘ritual’ to nourish you inside and out, alongside a divine group of people seeking the same.

Will you join us at the next one? Spring 🌷 is on its way (although it may not quite look like it right now). Check out the link in my bio to find out more. 🫶🏽

September seems to have gone by in a flash. Take a moment to pause and take in the last month with a self check-in practice to ground, settle and come back to you. ✨

Why not grab a cuppa, get into your comfiest and cosiest clothes, and light up a deliciously scented candle to make a little time for you?

Wishing you a healthy and happy new month ahead. ✨🍂

As we cosy up into warmer clothes, a deeper time for reflection, retreat and rest is upon us. Autumn is a period of self-compassion and self-care, of tuning inwards and honouring the introverted version of ourselves.

Just like the leaves begin to gently fall, it’s a time to release and let go of what no longer feels aligned, and set intentions to bring a sense of balance into our lives.

During this time, you may notice a shift in your energy — as in Autumn we enter ‘yin’ season and welcome a darker, softer, slower energy. Tune in, and listen. Is there something your body, your mind, your heart is asking for?

With so much of our focus caught up in busyness and 'doing' life, Autumn invites us to turn inwards, to ride the Earth’s slower rhythm, and instead focus on ‘being’.

If you’re interested in learning how to cultivate self-care practices for a fulfilling Autumn, there are still a few limited spaces available for our Seasonal Reset, where we’ll make space to welcome the new season, all its qualities and opportunities into our lives with mindfulness and intention.

Happy Autumn 🍂

As many us of begin to ‘get back into the swing of things’ and restore a sense of routine, it’s super important to remember the value of rest.

I’ve recently had a read of ‘Sacred Rest’ by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith and found it fascinating to learn about the ‘7 Types of Rest’ to feel fully refreshed and back to ourselves.

It’s wonderful to begin to see a shift in the way we view rest — as something worthy of our respect, rather than involving feelings of guilt or shame.

Swipe along 👉🏽 to learn more about the different types of rest, and ideas to turn to when your body and mind need a little boost.

As another month comes to a close, it can be super helpful to take a moment to check in and reflect on what’s gone well, what could have gone better, practise some gratitude and celebrate any wins (no matter how big or small) along the way.

I first started practising monthly check ins back in 2020 during lockdown, with a fantastic life coach that led me through some brilliant prompts to guide me through my goals, both personal and professional, at the time.

I’ll be bringing you these monthly check in reminders at the end of every month, with prompts that I hope you will find helpful to fully take in the last 30 days and kick off the next few weeks with energy and intention. 🙏🏽✨

With the constant noise and turbulence in our fast paced lives, I couldn’t recommend this monthly practice enough.

Why not make a ritual out of it, just for you? Even if it’s for 15-20 minutes, grab a cuppa of your favourite hot drink, light up a candle, get yourself in comfortable clothes and maybe even invite your pet to cuddle next to you. I really hope you enjoy this practice and I’d love to know your thoughts if you get a chance to do it. Happy journaling🤍

“Yoga is an art, a science and a philosophy. It touches the life of man at every level, physical, mental, and spiritual. It is a practical method for making one’s life purposeful, useful and noble.
As honey is sweet from any part of the honeycomb, so is yoga.

It enables every part of the human system to become attuned to its essence, the conscious seer within.

Yoga alone enables the practitioner to perceive and experience the world within and around himself, to touch the divine joy of all creation, and then to share that nectar of divine wealth and happiness with his fellow beings.” — B.K.S Iyengar

What does yoga mean to ✨ you ✨? The best part is, there’s no right or wrong answer here 🙏🏽
