Initially our introduction to Nordic Walking, Power Of Poles and local walks will be held in Wooburn Park, and in the surrounding areas, Flackwell Heath, Cookham, Maidenhead and WIndsor We can off the following including guided walks (rambles or hikes with or without Nordic or Urban Poles. e basics to get you out Nordic Walking quickly and efficiently. Explorer WALX – this is where we get further out into the magnificent Buckinghamshire and Berkshire countryside to discover fantastic views and encountering much of the wildlife and habitats which make it so special, with or without Nordic Poles. Wellness WALX – a more gentle experience in the great outdoors which may include gentle Nordic Walks, Mindfulness Walks, Forest Bathing and less demanding exercise classes and other relaxing outdoor experiences, with or without Nordic Poles. Total Body WALX – making the most of nature’s facilities in our outdoor gym to get your heart pumping and your fitness levels raised.
