I know it took me along time to see me as a priority to put me 1st

Not long to go now for mental health Mondays which start next week
which I am so excited about 😁
so what are mental Mondays its chance for you to take time out just for you no body wants or needs any thing
a change for you to meet like minded folks
these few hours are just for you
as you take what could be your 1st journey into wellness concentrating on your mental well being
enjoying tea and conversations ,connections and travel
why travel
this because you are traveling to a different destination connecting you back to you
The cost of this is only £10
venue St Stephens church Prenton off Prenton lane in their noble room
tea and coffee included plus mediations and more
I would love to see you there if you are in the area or pass it on to some one who needs that little bit of extra help as there is a 40 week wait for some services in our area and this could be the stop gap that you need spaces are limited due to fire regs whoever is there is more then we can go to a bigger room
