Women's Yoga and Sauna with Tiny Feet. A blend of traditional and somatic yoga movements, mobility and strengthening exercises, mindful breathing and restorative poses.
Ease aches and pains. Release tension and stress. Enjoy a yoga nidra relaxation at the end, sending you home feeling restored and refreshed!
17:00- 17:45 yoga upstairs in the community building (above THH) or outside the sauna (please check on the day)
17.55 - 18:30 Sauna The Somewhere Sauna
Suitable for all abilities and no previous yoga experience needed.
£20, all takings go towards raising funds for the renovations of our wonderful community swimming pool.
