Born with spina bifida occulta, Alice needed to have 4 surgeries through her younger years. Her 4th surgery at 23 led to paralysis from the waist down, leaving her in shock and grieving the life she had known.

Self attacking is not the answer to more motivation.

What is it you need - more control or more trust?

More rules or more understanding?

A need for control often shows up in our habits with food. In being hyperaware of how we look. Of never being able to slow down. Having very high expectations of ourselves.

From someone who has felt frustration, shame, digust, and even hate about myself.

💫To being deeply content with who I am, flaws included.

💫To being driven by desire for the things I want in life, not by fear.

💫To knowing I am enough and can also continue to evolve.

I had a conversation today, which made me reflect.

On just how trapped I used to be by food.

Or specifically, the need to control food. And my body.

It was never about the food, I knew that.

But I didn't know how to get out of the soul destroying cycle. Try hard to restrict. Fail. Hate myself. Repeat.

My coaching goes deeper than surface level. I knew I wanted to help others break free from patterns that stopped life being as enjoyable as it should be.

I trained not only as a nutrition coach and body image expert but as an Intuitive Psychology Coach. To be able to take clients deeper and rapidly get to the heart of the issue.

In a safe and non-judgemental way.

Food behaviours are often complex. Unique to an individual. Based on a specific lived experience. I understand and respect that on a deep level.

Calm, clear, and exciting. The way life should feel.

Yes, the daily actions to get there can feel repetitive. But the overall vision should give you a buzz.

Question to ask yourself...am I avoiding pursuit of a dream because I don't feel capable of it?

You deserve to feel the good stuff.

If you have very high expectations of yourself, ask how they are making you feel.

Do you often feel frustrated? Do you have a constant sense of urgency? Does your head feel full and heavy? Does anything ever feel quite good enough?
