🌟 New After-School Kids Yoga Classes – Starting September! 🌟

Myself and Millie are so excited to be offering weekly after-school yoga sessions designed to support children’s wellbeing through movement, breath, and mindfulness. 💛

Each session is calm, playful, and trauma-informed – welcoming all children, including those who are neurodiverse. 🌈

🗓️ Thursdays (Term Time Only)
📍 After school

🌱 Tiny Trees (Ages 4–8) – 3:30 PM
🌳 Rising Oaks (Ages 9–12) – 4:30 PM

💷 £10 per class – paid termly

✨ Spaces are limited – DM to register your child or ask any questions!

Meet Millie from . We are so stoked to have her as part of the team at ŌMNI STUDIO. Millie will be guiding our kids’ classes during the summer holidays and after school clubs.

🌼 Kids Yoga Taster Sessions – 5th Aug 🌼

Hi, I’m Millie. After facing my own challenges at school, I discovered yoga and mindfulness as powerful tools to help me feel calmer, more regulated, and more connected.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing these practices with children in a supportive, fun, and nurturing way. I’m trained in trauma-informed approaches, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and empowered in my sessions. 💛

🧘‍♀️ Taster Day Details:

🌱 Tiny Trees (Ages 4–8) – 9:00 AM
🌳 Rising Oaks (Ages 9–12) – 10:00 AM
💷 £10 per child
📍 Open to all children, including those who are neurodiverse

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be doing some promo during select classes — any class with “promo” in the title may include photography and videography during the session.

Some of these classes will feature a professional photographer, and these will be donation-based. The photographer will be moving through the space capturing the vibe, so come ready to shine! 💫

This is all to help us gather fresh, beautiful content to promote the space and share the magic of our community. Your presence makes a huge difference — we’d love to see as many of you there as possible. 💛
