A bit about me..
I have practiced yoga for over 30 years and have been teaching for 15 years. I have trained under some of the great modern masters, including Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Richard Freeman, Liz Lark, Katy Appleton and Anne Marie Newland. I am a Yoga Alliance professional with over 500 hours of training, including 200 hours with Yoga Campus, 200 hours Prana Flow, and 300 hours Sun Power Yoga. I’ve studied Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Restorative Yoga, along with my ultimate passion of Dynamic Krama Vinyasa Flow.
Vinyasa Flow is my primary teaching method as I believe that movement is the key to life. “Where there is movement there is no pain. Where there is pain, there is no movement” Chinese Proverb
I also support people through Yoga Therapy, addressing issues on a 1-1 basis through breath work (pranayama), realignment, relaxation, meditation and holistic yoga therapy.
I aim to build an online community centred around wellness, involving educating people on the importance of movement with correct intention and alignment; mental and spiritual health and support, and nutrition advice, thus encouraging full life potential for all.
