Take this very moment, to pause

Close your eyes and breathe

Be with whatever is here, because it’s ok

You don’t need anything else ~ your body is here , your breath is here. The body knows what to do to come into these lifesaving moments of stillness

That’s it, that’s all you need to do ~ stop, close your eyes and show yourself the greatest act of love today ❤️

That’s mindfulness, that’s love xx

Oh London I missed you ✨

I’ve left it way too long to visit! Luckily, not a lot has changed ❣️

Marylebone you will always have my heart. A lot of great times happened here 💕😘

This is my
🌱 A day to interrupt the routine
🌱 To slow down, connect and be present
🌱 To enjoy the happy memories
🌱 To reconnect with friends

And mostly, to feel like myself again ✨

I am so grateful to have this time (it took planning, organising and a little bit of sacrifice- but so worth it)

Doing things that are good for the mind, body and soul give you a sense of wellness back in basket loads!

This is 50✨

I never thought this would be me. A beautiful morning being spoiled by my boys ❤️ and then on our way for a family adventure to celebrate with our besties 💙

I am so full of love and gratitude for you all. We loved every minute of the birthday celebrations (and more to come :)

Families come in all different shapes and sizes. They change with the passing of time, and teach us lessons we never knew we needed to know 🫶🏻

Remember if you’re just starting out, or in the messy middle of trying for a family, you are not alone.

Your body is strong, it knows exactly what to do. Our ancestors have been doing this for generations. Trust in your ancestors, trust in your strong body, trust in yourself and mostly, trust in the support of family love 🩵✨
