Todays thoughts & client sessions are focused around consumption.

Not just what we all place in our mouths, swallow, eat, drink or inhale.

But the consumption of others too.
Their time, emotions, energy & words.

Clean up your social media timeline.
Including myself, especially if my posts trigger or do not resonate with you.

Remove anything deconstructive to your mindset & inner happiness.

Gradually phase out alcohol 🍸
Cut back on processed food intake
Slowly stop smoking 🚬

You deserve health.

Ponder your consumptions
Your shadow self will thank you later...

Life is all about perspectives.

Every souls perspective of a situation is different. Humans are defined by what they suffer & learn through. How they grow internally, what they take away.

Lifes lessons are not always 🍒's and butterflies. They can tear a soul in two & form new growth muscle while repairing.

Todays Post is about the importance of understanding OTHER outlooks. Use your empathy to understand that the universe has variations.

Ego may have convinced you that what you BELIEVE to be true is golden (& it may well be)
However, looking at life through another lense is vastly important to your journey here on earth 🌎

Remember, we are SPIRITUAL beings, having a HUMAN experience & must expand our knowledge circularly.
In all directions.
