                                            We are excited to be bringing to you an opportunity to reconnect and learn about your own needs for health, wellness and fitness. 
How is this different from all the other accounts where people are advising you on these topics?  Well, there are a few;
1) We want to help you spot a sales pitch and how to quickly check the validity of peoples claims. 
2) We will be setting you weekly tasks that are designed to help you learn what is applicable to your own journey to your goals.
3) We are not selling a product!  We want to address a public health issue. With the increasing waiting lists on the NHS, the need to start exploring our own health and how to protect it is or should be a priority.  We want to show you how to make this not as difficult as you might think. 
4) It's not going to have bells and whistles on it.  We are going to simply analyse, suggest and explain our reasoning.  If you find it is not for you, then we hope you find what you are looking for.  It will still require Willpower, Patience, Determination and the ability to make some habit changes. 
Get to meet the team.  Health Fitness vs Performance Fitness.  Tasks for Mindset, Exercise and Eating.  Don't accept the Status Quo, Join the Status Woe.  
Status WOE - Work on Exercise, Work on Eating, Work on Evolving.  Go with the WOE and go against the grain.
