This Date in the year has in recent history been a big one for me & my family.
In 2011 I became a Mum for the first time.
In 2015 I was so sleep deprived and under so much stress that I woke up with vision loss.
In 2016 we found out the my husband's transfer had been accepted and we were able to relocate - a move which saved us financially (and more!)
So I thought it was a good day to embrace another change.
I'm closing the doors on Step by Step Wellbeing.
😱😱😱😱
I'm not completely disappearing and this account isnt closing but it is shifting.
In July I took on some work with a Children's Charity and I work alongside a service that supports children's mental and emotional Wellbeing. It's supporting us financially, it's supporting me and my sense of self and it's supporting us as a family with an amazing work/life balance; all with time & space for me to still study too.
I've had a phenomenal first few weeks with them and things are always evolving and opportunities presenting themselves for which I'm incredibly grateful.
So work, plus family, plus study just means I'm refocusing my attention away from building content for services under my business as it has, for the last 5-6 years been known.
My qualifications don't go anywhere and I'm here to take on the right clients at the right time, should they come along - but my main focus over the next few weeks and from September will become my kids, my role in within the Charity organisation and my studies towards my Psychotherapeutic Counselling Qualifications and Life Coaching Certification.
When I return with those qualifications, there will be a complete shift and rebrand which is already planned and in place but on hold until I have the space to do it justice.
I love my business, how it started, how it evolved and how it's supported me. It's allowed me so much growth and a s**t tonne of healing and for that I'll always be grateful.
I'll still be here, but it'll be more lifestyle, behind the scenes, personal journey and general life type content for a while.
Thanks for those who have always supported me, and for those who have provided me with some life lessons, it's been a learning journey.
