I launched Southsea Sports Massage in November 2019, after completing my diploma in Level 3 Sports Massage with Brighton Holistics, a highly reputable provider who have been offering the highest level training in holistic therapies since 2006, and are a leading award-winning training centre.
Qualified in November 2019, I operate mainly from the comforts of my home in a quiet residential area of central Southsea. I am able to offer a high level of flexibility to my clients and my typical working hours are:
Wednesday - 9am-3pm and 6pm-9pm
Thursday - 9am-3pm and 6pm-9pm
First Saturday of every month
I offer high quality, specialist sports massage and relaxation treatments for clients. Mobile appointments within Southsea and Portsmouth are available on request, and may incur a small fee to cover travel costs.
Passionate about customer experience, I pride myself on offering highly tailored treatments for my clients based on their needs. Whether you are seeking relief from a sports injury or take a more preventative approach to your training, the sports massages I provide will see benefits for you such as pain relief, stress relief, improved range of motion and improved performance.
Services I offer are:
30 and 45 minute Tailored Sports Massage - These treatments are designed for specific areas of the body that need attention. I will focus on these areas, using specific techniques to meet the needs of my clients.
60 minute Full Body Sports Massage - This treatment is ideal for clients who are recovering from injury or are taking a preventative approach to their training. A range of massage and stretching techniques will increase circulation, assist in the removal of metabolic waste, improve range of motion and enhance overall health and performance.
60 minute Relaxation Massage - This treatment is designed to relax and relieve stress. Swedish massage techniques will relieve muscular tension, increase circulation and lead to an overall sense of, relaxation and improved health and wellbeing.
My Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma qualification was completed to a very high standard and I am now registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists, a governing body who serve to protect you as the client and myself as therapist, ensuring I am meeting their high standards of service, industry knowledge and supporting me with my continued professional development.

In order to respect the time put aside for my clients treatments and to offer fair ongoing availability to all clients, I kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. In the absence of 24 hours notice, or in the case of a âno-showâ, the full fee for the treatment scheduled will be payable. In extenuating circumstances, the waiver of this fee will be at my discretion. I thank you for your understanding and cooperation with regard to my cancellation policy.
