The countdown for the Private Client Conference 2025 is on... ⌛

In just over TWO WEEKS, our Private Client Conference will be taking place on 18th September to discuss and advise on navigating private client law post-budget.

So, let's start to introduce you to our speakers!

Opening the conference is Paul Davies, Partner at Clarke Willmott, with his session 'Long Residence and Domicile Changes'

Paul leads the private capital team at Clarke Willmott's Manchester office and has been assisting wealthy individuals, trustees, and executors with all manner of legal and tax issues for over 20 years.

In his session, Paul will cover:

—> Recent changes to the ‘non-dom’ rules

—> The new ‘foreign income and gains regime’

—> Inheritance tax consequences of the new rules

—> Income tax and capital gains tax changes

Paul will also be joining our afternoon panel sessions to answer any attendees' questions.

This month’s star is Petrie, the Crested Gecko, proudly representing Stacy Pimlott from Venus Legal Ltd!

Also known as P of the Tree or Peetwee, Petrie loves climbing on everything, getting warm baths🛁, and being spoiled with mashed bananas🍌. His favorite activity? Watching his bestie, Dana the cat.
