Being parents creates many MANY changes in our lives.. but I never would have thought that we would have to wake up at 4am to study before the kids wake up.

I still sometimes find strange having kids.. me a parent?😉

This week is baby loss awareness week.

In our society we don't like to talk about death, it feels uncomfortable, we are not educated as society on what to say and what to do ... expecially when we talking about babies.
.. All babies matter, to all the bereaved families I met, to all the sleeping babies that I had the privilege to look after.
❤️ I think about you often and I will always keep you in my heart ❤️

It's time we change as a society how we support those families so here are some ideas..

Why is this so important? Continuing to assess the position/airways/temperature is a key step to be safe when carrying your baby!

Did you know about shoulder flips if you are using a stretchy wrap? It's great to maintain view and have extra support!
