We’ve had a lot of questions lately about serrapeptase and endometriosis, so we wanted to share a few thoughts.
Endometriosis is a complex condition involving inflammation, adhesions, fibrosis, hormonal factors, and endometrial tissue growth outside the uterus.
Serrapeptase may help support some of the processes involved, particularly inflammation, excess fibrin, adhesions, and post-surgical scar tissue. Many women report improvements in pelvic tightness, discomfort, and overall inflammation when using it consistently as part of a broader supportive approach.
Some women also combine serrapeptase with nattokinase. Serrapeptase is generally considered more tissue and inflammation focused, while nattokinase is more circulation and fibrin focused.
Many women also focus on anti-inflammatory nutrition, hormone balance, gut health, stress management, and appropriate medical care alongside enzymes.
As always, experiences vary from person to person.
