Hi I’m James Elwood!

Previously Director of a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in the heart of Chelmsford; due to circumstances myself and my business partner have gone our separate ways so I’m now working out of a lovely Natural Food and Juice bar in Moulsham Street in Chelmsford called Eat Plant.

MEET JAMES - Biomechanical expert, Musculoskeletal specialist, Award winning business owner, Acupuncturist, Dry needling expert.

Bespoke Custom Orthotics ► Biomechanical expert looking at how the feet and changes in the gait cycle (walking pattern) can positively or negatively effect the musculoskeletal system (the body). Providing bespoke custom made insoles to maximise the efficiency of body and reduce aches and pains.

Dry Needling Therapist ► I've studied over the last couple of year an advanced skill to relieve pain fast. I find dry needling so effective and love it so much, I am currently working towards becoming a dry needling teacher as I love sharing my knowledge, and inspiring other therapists to enhance their skills.

Acupuncture ► I am a qualified sports and injury acupuncturist. I use acupuncture with my clients to deliver real improvements in pain, tendinitis and overall performance. Acupuncture is a great technique to reduce swelling, resolve tendinitis and pain linked to muscular dysfunction.

MASSAGE ► Want an incredible massage? I’m a level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist able to give anything from a relaxation massage (foot, hand, Facial) to a deep tissue massage like a sports massage.

SPORTS MASSAGE ► Are you a sports person looking to get out of pain fast? Looking to improve your performance? I work with clients just like you to help them get to their goals faster, more efficiently and staying injury free!
