Join me for a gentle intro to Restore Your Core®—a smart whole-body approach to core and pelvic floor health that helps you move better, feel stronger and build trust in your body again.

RYC® has helped thousands of women around the world regain strength and ease. But this work isn’t just for women—it’s for anyone who wants a more connected, responsive core. My classes are open to all genders, all bodies and all levels of experience.

In this session, I’ll guide you through some of the key foundations of the method. We’ll explore how to begin waking up your core and pelvic floor in a way that supports your everyday life, not just what happens on the mat.

If you’ve been living with pain, feel disconnected from your core or are simply looking for a safe, supportive way to move, this is for you.

🗓️ This is a free taster session for the upcoming 7-week Restore Your Core® series starting Wednesday, 4th June 9:30–10:30am.

Ever feel stuck in a flare-up cycle?

You start to feel a bit better, do a little more… and suddenly, you’re back in pain. 😣

That moment – when you’re just starting to feel better – is what I call the DANGER ZONE. ⚠️
It’s when it’s easiest to overdo it… and end up back in pain.

But here’s the good news:
You can absolutely rebuild your strength without triggering that cycle. It’s all about listening to your body and moving in a way that supports it – gradually and consistently. 🌿

This June, I’m starting a new movement class - ✨Restore Your Core®✨ – a gently paced, beginner-friendly class designed to build core strength in a safe, supportive environment.

Perfect if you're dealing with back, hip, or pelvic issues – and ready to feel stronger in everyday life.

If you can walk for 20 minutes and easily get up and down from the floor, this class could be a great fit. And if you’re not quite ready for a group setting, I also offer 1:1 sessions to meet you where you are.
