Each month at Toni Marie Yoga Studio, we gather for a gentle, restorative session. Every class is a little different, blending practices such as Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and deep relaxation.

I love this photo taken in this weeks session with my little buddy Freddie. His tutor came along this week to see what he does in our sessions, and he took so much pride showing her the yoga poses. We practiced balance supporting each other, just like the huge support network Freddie has in his wonderful family! Ahhh moment like this stay with you 🙏🏻

Tonight was a tough but great session for the guys. Started with some grounding and breathwork, worked through some warmup stretches, into some strength based work and a lovely long relaxation. Every single one of you turns up, works hard and always makes everyone feel welcome. I really love teaching this class and feel privileged you trust me week after week. 🍃 SUMMER YOGA RETREAT – NESTLED IN NATURE 🍃

Join us for a beautiful 3 days and 2 nights to reconnect, be held by nature, enjoy delicious home-cooked food, move, breathe and truly unwind.

Our retreat takes place in Abergele, North Wales, with everything included from the moment you arrive. You’ll stay in gorgeous glamping accommodation — cosy yurts and bell tents, all with heating and electricity. Think beautiful rugs, comfy chairs, stunning bedding and your own king-sized bed (maximum of 3 per tent).

Coming with a friend? Book a bell tent just for the two of you. Toilets are located next to all accommodation, with lovely hot showers on site.

Set beside a river and completely surrounded by nature, this is your space to slow down and soak it all in. Over the weekend we’ll enjoy:

✨ Daily yoga
🔥 Fire pit ceremony with roasted marshmallows
🌙 Sound bath under the stars
🌿 Woodland walks

£100 deposit

This month we’re also shining a light on men’s health, sharing this brilliant resource from I Heart Guts to promote testicular health awareness.

Testicular cancer is most common in men aged 15–45, and early detection makes a huge difference. A simple monthly self-exam can help you notice any changes early — it only takes a couple of minutes.

✔️ Check once a month
✔️ Know what’s normal for you
✔️ Speak to your GP if you notice swelling, lumps, pain, or changes

This is your reminder that looking after your body isn’t optional — it’s essential.

Thank you so much St. Philip's CE Primary School Atherton for my ‘Valenkines’ gifts and card. Recognising the work I do in the community was such an overwhelming suprise. You made my week ❤️❤️❤️

This week we have continued distributing our ‘Valenkinds’ gifts to people in the local community. Brian Seddon was thrilled to receive a gift bag from one of our Worship Council members, as was Toni Marie Yoga. Brian and Toni were both nominated and we feel that they are so well deserving of their cards and gifts. This month we’re supporting the incredible work of CoppaFeel! — encouraging women to get to know their bodies and regularly check their breasts.

Breast awareness isn’t about doing it perfectly. It’s about doing it regularly. Checking your breasts takes just a few minutes and could make all the difference. The most important thing is knowing what’s normal for you and feeling confident to speak to a GP if something doesn’t feel right.

Save it. Share it. Start the conversation.

We’re so used to looking after everyone else — this is your reminder to look after yourself too.

🧘🏼‍♀️ FREE YOGA FOR PARKINSON’S 🧘🏽‍♂️

We’re so pleased to share that our FREE 4-week Yoga and Mindfulness programme begins this Wednesday at Toni Marie Yoga Studio — made possible thanks to the amazing support from 4EVER Manchester.

This thoughtfully designed course is tailored specifically for those living with Parkinson’s Disease. Sessions will focus on improving balance, gait, coordination and confidence, while also supporting relaxation, mindfulness and overall well being.
