🌟🌟 Starting Next Week 🌟🌟

For the month of July, we will be looking at four different topics across the weeks which we have heard directly resonate with women’s mental health:

• Week 1(1-7 July) : Being an unpaid carer
• Week 2 (8-14 July) : Being a parent, stepparent or guardian
• Week 3 (15-21 July) : Experiencing life changes (and loneliness as a consequence)
• Week 4 (22-28 July) : Experiencing loss and bereavement

There will be a range of information to help guide and support individuals who identify with these scenarios. That could be you, your friend, your colleague, your family member, your neighbour.

Please do watch out for articles on the Portsmouth Mental Health Hub website and page.
