Hello August ☀️ 🌷
August can feel like such a strange in-between time— halfway between summer and September routines, with busy calendars, holidays, back-to-school prep, and life moving at full speed. It's easy to get swept up in the todo lists and feel like you're already living a few weeks ahead.
That's why our theme for August is Being Present.
This month in class, we'll focus on grounding practices
—coming back to the body, the breath, and the now.
Expect lots of juicy standing poses, rooted balances, and moments of stillness. It's all about anchoring yourself in the present, even when everything around you feels like it's speeding up.
Yoga can help remind us that it's okay to pause, breathe, and take things one step at a time.
