Your mindset isn’t fixed – it’s just a collection of beliefs and habits that you can change.

And the most powerful place to start changing it? With the words you repeat to yourself every single day.

Affirmations aren’t about pretending that life is perfect. They’re about gently shifting the way we speak to ourselves, so we stop fuelling self-doubt and start nurturing self-belief.

One simple affirmation you can use today is: “I am enough exactly as I am.”

Repeat this when your inner critic pipes up. You’ll be surprised by how powerful it feels when your subconscious starts to believe it.

You don’t have to stand in front of the mirror shouting, “𝐈’𝐦 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠!” if it feels untrue.

Here are 3 gentle yet powerful ways to start boosting your self-esteem, without trying to pretend you’re someone you’re not:

1. 💛 Wear something yellow

Might sound a bit out there but yellow is energetically linked to confidence and self worth. Wearing an item, even something small like a pair of earrings, can subtly shift how you feel.

2.🗣️ Repeat this affirmation daily

“I am learning to see myself through kinder eyes.” Say it loud, whisper it, write it down or just let it sit in your mind.

3. 🧘Do one small thing for yourself today.

Small acts or self care, saying no when you mean it, even making yourself your favourite meal, all send big messages to your mind to say: 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫!

Only you can build it!

Just like no one else can build my muscles, no one can build your self-esteem but YOU.

It’s empowering to know that the power to change lies in your hands 💪🏼

Buuut, If you’re waiting for someone else to “fix” you, you’ll stay stuck.

The same goes for our kids - We can support, guide, and encourage, but they have to do the work - we can’t build their self-esteem for them either, much as we would love to.

When it comes to Anxiety, you have to have a mixture of curiosity, compassion and conviction!

Curiosity as to why some part of you is feeling that you aren’t safe and what lead to that.

Compassion for that part of you, the younger version of you who is longing for reassurance and safety.

She had a vision to bring about the absolute best form of therapy to those in need, allowing them to be healed of their issues, ailments or addictions rapidly.
