I used to know a lot about anxiety.
I read the books.
I journaled endlessly.
I listened to every podcast I could find.

And yet… when panic hit, none of that knowledge helped. It disappeared in the moment I needed it most.

Why?

Because knowing something in your head isn’t the same as feeling it in your heart.

When an insight lands, it changes the way you see your experience.
It’s not effortful.
You don’t need to repeat it like a mantra or remember it in a crisis.

It just becomes part of who you are.

That’s the difference The Three Principles point us to - transformation through insight, not just information.

For years, I fought with my thoughts.
I tried to stop the negative ones.
I forced myself to think positive ones.
I monitored my mind constantly.

It was exhausting. And it didn’t work.

Through The Three Principles, I saw something life-changing: thought doesn’t need managing. It flows all on its own, like a river moving downstream.

The harder we try to control it, the more stuck we feel.
But the moment we let go, our minds begin to settle - just like muddy water clears when left alone.
