⚠️ Sadly, 112 patients did not attend their booked appointments

✅Have you received a text message to say you are eligible for a flu vaccination and are you a patient at South Milford Surgery?

✅If so, you can now book online via the link in your text message or you can call the surgery line and press option 9 to *book during dedicated times only *

*The dedicated flu vaccination line is open and available from* 09:00am until 13:00pm this week ONLY

The Flu Vaccination Clinic Date will be:

SATURDAY 4th OCTOBER 2025

Vaccines are available to book in at South Milford Surgery and Micklefield Surgery on this date and you must be a registered patient at the surgery and you must be eligible to book in!
