Children's bedtime story.
Alice reads Winnie the Pooh to help children drift off to sleep at bedtime.
This story is the first chapter of Winnie the Pooh, about "Edward Bear" as written by A.A. Milne.
There is New Zealand birdsong in the background to begin this audio, and continues after the story finishes, and eventually, the birdsong fades at the end.
Before we begin with the story we do a minute or so of breathing and relaxation.
This audio track is approx 28 minutes long.
