A little idea below as to the structure of the class but may slightly differ and vary from week to week 😊

🙏Breathwork/5 to 10 mins.
🙏Yin Yoga/15 mins (longer held stretches for 3-5 minutes).
🙏Hatha Yoga/10-15 mins (a slow practice holding poses for 5-6 deep nourishing breaths).
🙏Flow and balance/10-15 mins ( flowing movement and a balancing pose).
🙏Hatha Yoga/10-15 mins
🙏Yin Yoga/ 15 mins

🙏Finishing our beautiful Yoga Mix Class with 15-20 minutes relaxation in Savasana, with Meditation, Crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls 💖

🙏Please bring your own mat and bolster if you have them as I have limited supply ( i have 12 lots of mats, bolsters, straps and eye pillows) 🙏

Deposit of £4pp or £5 per couple/people from the same household to secure your spot🙏🧘‍♀️

❤️Menopause Well-being Workshops❤️

We have secured a venue and set a date for the 1st February 18:30 -20:30 at Tithe Barn, Polesworth B78 1DT

We will be exploring facts and myths about the menopause and how it hampers our daily lives, looking at key areas and then focusing month on specific topics pending on which is most relevant to you all ❤️

We will also have some time for relaxation as I know anxiety and stress is also a major factor with menopause, so we have included some gentle yoga stretches, breathwork and sound meditation to finish to reset the balance and hopefully ensure you all go home and sleep well afterward 😴

Snacks and drinks included during the workshop and discounting offers on supplements as part of this group 😁
