Dear MWLC family,

I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for joining us at the ball. Your presence made the night truly special, and it was a joy to celebrate together as a family. Seeing all of you there reminded me once again how far we have come together.

One year ago today, I had the surgery that would literally save my life. I’m physically over 11 stone lighter but my soul feels infinitely lighter than that. I will be forever in awe of the old me who was brave enough to make a decision to change her life and chose survival. This photo is my why, now and always 💙💙

The first summer in years that I’ve actually not dreaded because I’ve not been able to find clothes that fit☀️I think I could quite possibly be finally happy with the way I look🙌🏽 has literally changed my life✨

Excuse the messy room … but I couldn’t resist posting this comparison picture! The first pic was June 2022 and the second picture was yesterday 😲😲 nearly 5 stone down and I don’t even recognise the person on the left. I haven’t worn jeans (well, jeggings) in probably around 5 years and it felt good to not feel uncomfortable in them! When people ask me why I had weight loss surgery, these pictures literally say it all! 🎉😊 I honestly cannot thank enough for giving me back my confidence and my spark, I felt a bit lost for a while but she’s back 🔥🔥🔥
